{"id":2312,"date":"2013-10-16T08:55:12","date_gmt":"2013-10-16T15:55:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/karateteaching.com\/?p=2312"},"modified":"2014-03-25T13:42:33","modified_gmt":"2014-03-25T20:42:33","slug":"block-and-multiple-counter-drill-video","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.karateteaching.com\/blog\/block-and-multiple-counter-drill-video\/","title":{"rendered":"Block and Multiple Counter Drill [Video]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Last night my entire production crew (Larry holding my phone), shot this quick video of Mike and I demonstrating a simple drill we were working on during class.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a good karate drill for practicing close range techniques with fast reactions. During class, practice each of the techniques in the drill as basic repetitions.
